Effective August 20, 2026 · PinSizes is a product of genpkm LLC ("we").

The service

PinSizes is a Chrome extension that transcribes your own live show's audio (via your Deepgram account) and posts size announcements to your Whatnot chat using Whatnot's own /announce feature, on your behalf and at your direction. You are the one posting; PinSizes is your typing hand.

Your account & license

• A subscription buys one license key, usable on up to 2 browsers at a time. Keys are for you (or your shop), not for resale or sharing.
• Billing is $9.99/month through PayPal until you cancel. Cancel anytime in PayPal; your key works until the end of the paid period.
• We may deactivate keys involved in abuse (sharing, fraud, chargeback gaming) — politely, and with email warning where possible.

Your responsibilities

• Use PinSizes only on shows you host or moderate, in line with Whatnot's own terms and community rules. You are responsible for what gets pinned in your chat.
• Your Deepgram usage is billed by Deepgram under your account and their terms.

The honest fine print

• PinSizes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot Inc. or Deepgram Inc.
• Whatnot can change its site at any time; when that breaks something we patch fast (it's happened, we're used to it), but uninterrupted operation of a third-party integration can't be guaranteed.
• Speech recognition is excellent, not psychic. Review pins matter to you? Use manual mode. We're not liable for a misheard size — the caps of our liability are the fees you paid us in the last 3 months.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what the law requires.
