Privacy policy
Effective August 20, 2026 · PinSizes is made by genpkm LLC.
The short version
We never hear your show, never see your chat, and never sell anything about
you. The extension talks to exactly two services: Deepgram (with your own
key) for speech-to-text, and pinsizes.com to check your license.
What the extension processes
- Show audio — captured from your Whatnot tab only while you press
Start, streamed directly from your browser to Deepgram using the API key
you provide. It never touches our servers, and it is not recorded by the
extension.
- Transcripts and caught sizes — processed entirely inside your
browser to build the pin text. A short rolling debug log is kept locally
in your browser so you can troubleshoot; it never leaves your machine
unless you copy it yourself.
- Your settings (trigger words, templates, your Deepgram key) —
stored locally in your browser's extension storage only.
What our server sees
- License checks — your license key, a random install identifier,
and the request's IP address, used to activate and periodically
re-validate your subscription and to rate-limit abuse.
- Purchases — PayPal handles payment; we store your PayPal
subscription id and the email PayPal reports, so we can issue your key,
re-send it on request, and honor cancellations. We never see your card
or bank details.
What we don't do
- No analytics or tracking scripts in the extension.
- No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties beyond the
processors named above (PayPal, Deepgram — the latter under your own
account, not ours).
- No audio storage, anywhere, ever.
Data retention & deletion
License and purchase records are kept while your subscription exists and
for bookkeeping afterward. Email support@pinsizes.com
to have your data deleted once your subscription has ended; uninstalling
the extension removes everything stored in your browser.
